Leica Oskar Barnack Award

All entries for the Leica Oskar Barnack Award 2009 must be made via the online.

The “Leica Oskar Barnack Award” competition is open to all professional photographers. To take part, participants must send in a series of photographs taken in 2008 or long-term projects containing at least one photo from 2008.

The “Leica Oskar Barnack Newcomer Award” competition is open to any (prospective) professional photographer under 25 years of age at the time of entering. To take part, participants must send in a series of photographs taken in 2008 or long-term projects containing at least one photo from 2008.

The digital images prepared for uploading must be no larger than 1920 pixels wide and 1200 pixels high, but have to have at least one of these two maximum dimensions.
